Confident & Safe AI
A hands-on course with the people doing the work.
Hands-on practice with realistic emails, documents and decisions from your sector, using fictional or anonymised information. In person it is one day, 9am to 3pm. Online it is two half-day sessions, normally on separate days. We research your business beforehand, so the examples are from your sector, not ours.
Tools & licences
We teach your team when to use Copilot, when to use ChatGPT, and when not to use either.
Knowing which tool fits which job is half the skill. We explore them together in training, so your team leaves with judgement, not just logins. You don’t need to buy paid licences beforehand. We’ll agree any preparation with you.

We deliver the course in groups of up to ten so everyone has time to practise and ask questions. For several groups, tell us the number of people, roles and preferred format. We will propose the sessions, preparation and total price in writing.
