For organisations with people to support.

MSPs and IT providers

Help clients get more from the tools they have, understand safe use and decide where training or a clearer AI plan would help.

Membership bodies and networks

Give members a useful starting point and explore practical training for the work and challenges they share.

Business advisers

Bring practical AI expertise into a client conversation. We can discuss training or strategic support alongside the advice you already provide.

Three ways to work together

Start with what your audience needs.

Understand the starting point

Benchmark Lab’s free indices explore personal AI use, organisational adoption and governance. Findings can help people identify questions and decide where they want support.

Agree a direction

For a client that needs a plan, AI Adviser brings research, a leadership strategy session, a written report and a follow-up conversation. Ongoing advice is optional.

A first engagement

Agree the work. Make responsibilities clear.

1 · Understand the audience

Tell us who you support, the work they do and the questions they are asking about AI. We discuss where our support could be useful.

2 · Agree the arrangement

Before paid work starts, we agree scope, preparation, delivery, customer contact, responsibilities and price in writing. Any branding or partner commercial terms are agreed separately.

3 · Deliver and review

Run the agreed training or advisory work, gather feedback and discuss sensible next steps. Where appropriate, repeat indices alongside evidence from everyday work.

Clear about the offer

Free indices. Separately agreed support.

What does it cost?

The indices are free to take. Anyone can take the Personal AI Index, the AI Adoption Index or the AI Governance Index at no cost, and get their own results straight away. No card, no sign-up beyond an email address.

Running them for your clients or members is a partner arrangement. As a Benchmark Lab partner you invite your own clients or members under your own name. With Overview, you also see how your group compares with the wider index and get a report you can put your name on. You can start free with one index, and Benchmark Lab publishes its partner rates.

Delivered through you, not around you

Benchmark Lab is built to sit inside the relationship you already have with your clients or members. You stay the point of contact. Benchmark Lab provides the index, the scoring and the reports. If your clients want training or advice afterwards, you can deliver it, refer it to us, or do a bit of both.

What is paid?

Training and AI Adviser are paid services with published prices. Multi-group delivery and any wider partner arrangement need their own written scope and commercial agreement.

Before we get started.

Do participants have to buy anything?

No. They can take an index and use their findings without booking training or advice.

Can we see their results?

A partner invitation does not give you access to individual personal answers or results. Organisation reports and eligible grouped findings have separate access and sharing rules. We agree what is available before making any reporting commitments.

Can you train a larger audience?

Yes, through multiple groups of up to ten. Tell us the numbers and preferred delivery format so we can propose a workable schedule and total price.

Can we offer it under our name?

Tell us how you want to present the offer. A branded index invitation is different from branded training or advice; any wider branding and delivery arrangement must be agreed first.

Tell us who you want to help.

Let us know your organisation type, who you support and the help you would like to offer. We will discuss a useful starting point.
