Start with evidence
We carry out pre-meeting research and review your organisation’s benchmark findings to prepare for the strategy session. Agree which findings you want to share with us. The indices remain free to take.
Strategy session
One leadership strategy session delivered on site or remotely, focused on where AI can help your business, what to prioritise and what to watch. All work outside this session is delivered remotely.
Your strategy report
After the strategy session, we carry out further analysis and research and write your strategy report with three to five priorities, what to avoid and practical next steps.
Follow-up discussion
One remote follow-up discussion to review the report and clarify your next steps. Training, additional interviews, deeper process analysis and wider stakeholder work are separately scoped and priced.
Monitor and adjust
A scheduled monthly leadership review, preparation, a written summary of agreed actions and follow-up on those actions. Delivered remotely.
Optional. Three-month minimum if you choose monthly advice, then rolling monthly.

Every six months, we review your benchmark findings and refresh your plan, considering changes alongside evidence from your business.
Any additional on-site meetings and work beyond the agreed scope are agreed and priced separately.

Yes. The strategy package is £3,600 +VAT with no requirement to continue. Monthly advice is optional at £1,200 +VAT per month. The three-month minimum applies only if you choose monthly advice.
The strategy package is £3,600 +VAT, paid in two halves. The first £1,800 +VAT is invoiced when you book and holds your session date; it is not refundable. The second £1,800 +VAT is invoiced after the follow-up discussion and is due within 30 days. Optional monthly advice is invoiced monthly, with a three-month minimum, then rolling monthly.
Yes. We agree which tools and files are used beforehand, and prepare cleaned copies where needed.
